Abstract:[Abstract] Objective: To establish GC and HPLC fingerprint of Angelica dahurica and provide reference for quality evaluation of Angelica dahurica. Methods:Using HPLC and GC method of water extract of Radix Angelicae dahuricae and volatile oil were studied using Diamonsil C18 fingerprint, HPLC (250mm * 4.6mm, 5 m) column, acetonitrile, A: B: 0.2% acetic acid solution (three pH5.0 triethylamine); column temperature of 30 DEG C, sample volume 10 L wave length 245nm; flow rate: 1mL/min. The ratio of acetonitrile to 0-35min:10-25, 35-55min:25-58, 55-70min:58-80, 70-75min:80-100. GC using HP-5 capillary gas chromatography column (30 m x mm x 0 25um), using the temperature programmed mode, heating program for the temperature of 55 DEG C (10min) at a temperature of 4 /min linear heating up to 250 DEG C (8min). Results: Through the establishment of the 11 batch of Baizhi HPLC and GC fingerprint, quality control of Radix Angelicae dahuricae, similarity between HPLC experimental batches of more than 0.9, the similarity between each batch experiment in GC is higher than 0.8, each batch of similarity is better. Conclusion: The method of HPLC and GC fingerprint analysis of 11 batches of Radix Angelicae dahurica was established for the first time. This method is stable, reliable and reproducible. It provides a scientific basis for the quality control of Radix Angelicae dahurica.
