    摘要:

    淡旺季游客数量波动是制约景区健康平稳发展的重要因素,过于集中的客流量对资源管理和环境保护有巨大压力,严重影响游客的体验。针对该问题,通过网络数据获取技术,提出一种基于旅游在线评论人流量监控技术新方法,并基于词向量实现评论的主题提取和基于情感词典实现在线评论数据的情感分类,从而获得关于主题的游客满意度的监测。最后利用该方法实现人流量驱动的景区门票浮动制实施的监控和测评,通过秦始皇兵马俑浮动制实施前后对比、三亚和鼓浪屿相似景点对照实验可视化结果表明,门票浮动制具有稳定人流量优势,同时提升游客体验。该方法的提出有助于决策者了解景区运行状况和浮动制的检验,可为门票浮动制的科学执行提供有效依据。

    Abstract:

    The fluctuation of tourist flow during peak season and off-season is an important factor that restricts the healthy and stable development of the scenic spot. The over-centralized traffic has great pressure on the resource management and environmental protection of the spot, and seriously affects the tourists’ experience. Aiming at this problem, through network data acquisition technology, we propose a new method of traffic monitoring technology based on travel online reviews. Simultaneously the subject extraction based on Word Embedding and the emotional classification of online comment based on emotional dictionary are put forward to obtain satisfaction evaluation monitoring about a theme. Finally, we use this method to realize the monitoring and evaluation of floating ticket system driven by the tourist flow. Through the comparison before and after the implementation of the floating system of the Emperor Qin's Terra-cotta Warriors, and the comparison between Sanya and Gulangyu which have similar scenic spots, the visualization results show that the floating ticket system has advantage of stabilizing the flow of people and improve visitors’ experience. This method proposed in this paper can help the decision makers to understand the operation of the scenic area and promote the floating system of inspection, and provide fundamental rules for the implementation of the ticket floating system.
