    综合应用动态压井系统的无隔水管领眼钻井技术是处理深水含浅层流地层地质灾害的有效手段之一。针对无隔水管钻井技术特点,进行了无隔水管领眼钻井技术在深水含浅层流地层的适应性分析。基于油气井流体力学和渗流理论,建立了无隔水管钻进的平衡方程、连续性方程、运动方程和辅助方程,为钻井水力参数的设计与求解提供了依据,并以南中国海W-X01井为例,对计算方法进行验算与对比分析。现场实例计算表明:钻井液排量、钻进速度、钻杆转速是无隔水管海水钻进过程中的主要控制性施工参数,通过施工参数可调整环空压耗大小,进而控制井底压力;环空压耗随钻井液排量的增大而增大,且领眼尺寸越小环空压耗增大的趋势越大;同时,环空压耗随钻杆转速的增大而增大,且领眼尺寸越小增大趋势越明显。此方法可以用于指导深水含浅层流地层的无隔水管领眼钻进设计与施工。

    Abstract:

    Shallow Water Flow(SWF)as a kind of geologic hazard is common in riserless drilling of deepwater shallow layer, and it is proved that riserless pilot hole drilling technology with DKD system is an effective method to deal with this issue. In this paper, the analysis of suitability was given by studying the riserless pilot hole drilling technology characteristics to the layer with SWF. The equilibrium equation; continuity equation; motion equation and auxiliary equation were established based on the oil well fluid mechanics and porous medium fluid mechanics. The calculation and comparative analysis with this hydraulic parameter calculation was conducted on W-X01 well in South China Sea. The results show that the key factors of construction control when riserlesss drilling is drill fluid displacement; drilling rate and drill pipe rotation rate, and the annuli pressure loss which will affect the bottom hole pressure will change by controlling these there parameters. The annuli pressure loss will increase with the increase of drill fluid delivery rate, and it will obtain more sharp increasing trend when the wellbore is small, and also it will increase as the drill pipe rotation rate increases. The method could be used as a guideline when designing and conducting a riserless pilot hole drilling in deepwater layer with shallow water flow.
