半电波暗室低频场均匀性的研究

    摘要:

    现行的CISPR, ANSI等标准中,只提供了30MHz以上的半电波暗室性能评估方法。然而,随着工作在30MHz以下的电气设备与系统逐渐增多,现有标准已无法满足需求,为了准确的评估其电磁兼容性能,需要对30MHz以下的半电波暗室性能进行评估。场均匀性是评价半电波暗室性能的主要指标,本文主要以其为研究对象,对铁氧体进行了理论分析与实验,并运用数值仿真的方法分析了半电波暗室在低频时的场均匀性。研究结果表明,运用外推法拟合得到铁氧体电磁参数是可行的,可应用于低频时暗室的仿真性能评估中,促进了低频段电磁兼容相关标准的研究。同时,该研究能对低频段暗室的设计建造提供一定的指导作用。

    Abstract:

    The existing standards, including CISPR, ANSI and etc, only provide the evaluation methods for semi-anechoic chamber working in the frequency above 30MHz. As the gradual increase of electrical equipments and systems working in the frequency below 30MHz, however, the existing standards are unable to satisfy the demand. In order to assess the EMC performance, it is necessary to assess the property of semi-anechoic chamber working in the frequency below 30MHz. In this paper, the research is focus on field uniformity, which is the main index of assessment for semi-anechoic chamber. Theoretical analysis and experiments for ferrite are conducted, and numerical simulations are utilized to analyze field uniformity of semi-anechoic chamber working in low frequency. Results of study show that , it is feasible to obtain the electromagnetic parameters of ferrite via extrapolation. The proposed method can be used for performance assessment of semi-anechoic chamber working in low frequency, and it promotes the low frequency EMC standards research. Meanwhile, the study is of beneficial reference to design and construction of semi-anechoic chamber working in low frequency.
