聚合氯化铝-壳聚糖复合絮凝剂的制备及其铝形态分布研究

    摘要:

    在不同条件下制备聚合氯化铝(PAC)和聚合氯化铝-壳聚糖复合絮凝剂(PAC-CTS),考察碱度B值、制备温度和C值对不同絮凝剂中铝形态分布的影响,铝种类的测定采用Al-Ferron逐时络合比色法。结果表明,PAC与Ferron试剂的反应速率和不同PAC中的Alb含量均随B值的增加而明显增加,随制备温度和C值的增加而缓慢降低。结合实验过程,考虑经济性,认为制备温度为50℃,碱度B=2.0,C=1/20是最佳制备条件。

    Abstract:

    Coagulant polyaluminum chloride (PAC) and coagulant polyaluminum chloride-chitosan (PAC-CTS) were prepared under different conditions. The influence of Al distribution in different coagulants of B value, preparing temperature and C value were studied. The aluminum species were measured via the application of Al-Ferron timed spectrophotometric method. It showed that the reaction rate of PAC and Ferron assay and Alb content increased with B value, which decreased with temperature and C value. Combined with experimental progress and economy, the optimum conditions of preparing PAC-CTS are T=50℃, B=2.0, C=1/20.
