    本文采用峰值波长为365 nm的UV光辐照预处理NaClO2溶液,并基于模拟烟气系统和喷淋反应器开展脱硝实验,实验研究了UV辐照预处理时间、溶液浓度、溶液初始pH值等不同影响因素对NaClO2溶液脱硝效果的影响。结果表明:UV辐照预处理可以明显强化NaClO2溶液对NO转化率。与无UV辐照预处理相比,浓度为2 mM、初始pH值为3的NaClO2溶液经10 min UV辐照预处理,可使NO转化率从26.14%提高至83.86%,并对可能的反应机理进行了讨论分析。

    Abstract:

    NaClO2 solution is pretreated with UV irradiation with the peak wavelength of 365 nm before scrubbing to remove NO from the simulated flue gas in a continuous lab-scale reactor. The effects of the pretreatment duration of UV irradiation, the NaClO2 concentrations, and the initial solution pH value on the NO removal efficiency are investigated preliminarily. The results show that, the pretreatment of UV irradiation can enhance the NO remove efficiency of NaClO2 solution obviously. When there is no UV irradiation, NO removal efficiency for 2 mM NaClO2 solution is only 26.14%, which will increase to 83.66% by adjusting the initial solution pH to 3 and pretreating with UV irradiation for 10 min. The possible reaction mechanism is also discussed.
