    目的:研究抗结核治疗对肺结核患者血清中细胞因子的影响。方法:选择肺结核患者70名作为研究对象,依据患者治疗情况将其划分成抗结核治疗组和对照组。结果:血清中细胞在治疗组中以胞质和胞膜为主呈淡棕黄色变化,在对照组中以胞质和胞膜为主呈棕黄、褐黄色变化。治疗组血清中的细胞因子和对照组相比差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01);治疗组血清中的细胞因子明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抗结核治疗组血清中的细胞因子和对照组相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组血清中的细胞因子mRNA表达结果明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组血清中细胞因子mRNA表达结果均低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清中IFN-γ含量随菌量负荷的增加而增加,痰液中IFN-γ含量随菌量负荷的增加而降低,相关性存在统计学意义(P<0.01)。血清TNF-α含量随菌量负荷的增加而降低,血清中TNF-α含量随菌量负荷的增加而增加,相关性具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。血清中IL-10含量随菌量负荷的增加而增加,相关性具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:抗结核治疗对肺结核患者血清中细胞因子具有重要作用。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To study the effect of anti tuberculosis treatment on the serum level of cytokines in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: 70 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the treatment of the patients. Results: the serum levels of cells in the treatment group in the cytoplasm and membrane mainly showed light brown changes in the control group in the cytoplasm and membrane was pale brown, brown yellow change. The serum levels of cytokines in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). The cytokines in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the serum levels of anti tuberculosis treatment group were significantly different (P<0.01). The expression of cytokine mRNA in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The expression of cytokine mRNA in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). IFN- content in serum increased with the increase of bacteria load, IFN- gamma content in sputum decreased with increasing amount of bacteria load, there was a significant relationship (P<0.01). The serum TNF- content increased with the increase of strain rate, and the content of TNF- in serum increased with the increase of strain rate, and the correlation was significant (P<0.01). The content of IL-10 in serum increased with the increase of strain rate, and the correlation was very significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: the anti tuberculosis treatment of tuberculosis patients in serum cytokines play an important role in.
