    摘要:

    为了比较构建功能脑网络时,不同功能连接定义方法所构建脑网络的可信度,弥补传统方法忽略网络结构特征的不足,提出了基于节点属性,通过多种网络结构属性,研究不同功能连接定义方法所构建功能脑网络差异的方法,比较功能脑网络的可靠性。实验结果说明,本方法对衡量网络连接定义之优劣非常有效。此外,实验结果还表明对于使用皮尔逊相关、偏相关与小波相关方法所构建功能脑网络边的可靠性而言,皮尔逊方法优于小波相关方法,偏相关方法略差于小波相关方法。

    Abstract:

    In order to compare the reliability of different functional brain network which were be constructed by different function connection definition methods, the discrepancy between different function connection definition methods of network were studied through the proposed method that calculate the inherent network index from the node properties’ perspective. This method can make up for the inadequacy of traditional comparison methods that ignore the network structural characteristics. Experimental results show that this method can effectively measure the pros and cons of network connection definition. The experimental results also indicate that for the reliability of edges in function brain network constructed by different connection definition methods, Pearson correlation method is better than wavelet correlation method and partial correlation method is worse than wavelet correlation method.
