Abstract:Expanded perlite was respectively used as the supporting material, and the expanded perlite that absorbed butyl stearate was seen as phase-changing energy-storing aggregate.Experiment on compressive strength was carried out with different contents of phase-changing energy-storing aggregate and silica fume for concrete. The study results indicated that compressive strength of concrete is reduced within addition of phase-changing energy-storing aggregate, when the content is within 10%, the lost rate of compressive strength is less than 10%.Adding silica fume could improve the compressive strength of concrete, when the content is selected between 5%~10%,the compressive strength could increase by 22% at least. When phase-changing energy-storing aggregate content is 20% and the silica fume content is 5%,its compressive strength is same as the plain concrete’s,so it could meet the requirement of project.
