    生物碳因其来源广泛、低廉及良好的表面理化性能,作为吸附材料在处理水中有机及重金属污染方面具有较大的潜力。研究利用花生壳制得生物炭,用于处理含Cr6+和Cu2+的模拟废水,探讨了接触时间、pH值、生物炭投加量及温度等对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,生物碳吸附Cr6+和Cu2+时间在120 min达到平衡。在酸性条件下(pH=2-5),生物炭投加量为4 g/L,温度为30℃时生物炭对Cr6+的吸附效果较好;在偏碱性条件下(pH≥5),生物炭投加量为10 g/L,温度为40℃时生物炭对Cu2+有较好的吸附效果。通过Langmuir和Frenudlich吸附等温方程拟合,表明生物炭对Cr6+和Cu2+的吸附过程更符合Frendlich模型,吸附过程可以用以下假二级动力学模型描述,说明吸附主要是表面化学吸附。

    Abstract:

    Biochar exhibits a great potential to efficiently tackle water organic and heavy metal contaminants considering the wide availability of feedstock, low-cost and favorable physical/chemical surface characteristics. In this paper, the biochar were prepared from peanut shell and its adsorption to Cr6+ and Cu2+ in simulation wastewater are studied. Effects of some factors on absorption properties, such as absorbing time, pH value, dosage of biochar and temperature were investigated. The results show that the time of Cr6+ and Cu2+adsorption equilibrium was 120min. listed The biochar had a good effect on treatment of Cr6+ under the conditions as followed: the dosage of biochar is 4g/L in acid solutions pH from 2 to 5 and temperature is about 30℃ ; The adsorption of Cu2+ increased at pH≥5, the dosage of biochar is 10g/L, and the temperature is about 40℃.Besides, adsorption isotherms on the biochar were simulated with the Langmuir and Freundlich equations, and the adsorption isotherms followed well the Freundlich model, and processes fitted pseudo second-order model. So, the adsorption belongs to the surface chemical adsorption.
