Abstract:objective: to study the increasing load exercise on blood testosterone and cortisol levels;Methods: randomLy selected some 20 sports institute volunteered for the experiment of college students, it divided into experimental group and the control group, the experimental group subjects for 16 days, four stages of increasing load running, exercise every day, four times a stage, and the control group without any movement.Results: the third stage of the experimental group body weight, body fat percentage is lower than the control group, the removal of the fat weight is higher than the control group, significant difference (P < 0.05), BMI, body fat percentage, and body fat content is lower than the control group, a very significant difference (P < 0.01);Experimental group third phase weight is lower than before the trial, very significant difference (P < 0.01), body fat percentage and BMI, body fat percentage and body fat content is lower than before the trial, to fat weight is higher than before the trial, the significant difference (P < 0.05);The fourth stage group body composition index was very significant difference compared with control group and test before (P < 0.01).Compared to before the experiment, the experimental group subjects were four stages of blood testosterone concentrations gradually reduce, the third stage before the experiment have significant difference (P < 0.05), the fourth stage before the experiment has a very significant difference (P < 0.01);Experimental group third stage blood testosterone levels lower than the control group, there are significant differences (P < 0.05), the fourth stage is lower than the control group, has a very significant difference (P < 0.01).Experimental group the first phase of saliva and serum cortisol levels higher than the control group and before the trial, is very significant difference (P < 0.01), the second phase of saliva cortisol levels higher than the control group and before the trial, a significant difference (P < 0.05).Experiments with the load increasing, the content of blood testosterone/cortisol increased gradually.Conclusion: the increasing load exercise can lower blood testosterone levels of athletes, reduce cortisol levels increased after the first, that incremental load balancing movement can make the body catabolism.
