    摘要:

    电梯启制动频繁,能耗较大,然而未有统一、有效的能效测试与评价方法。为了安全、便捷地进行电梯能效检测和评价,分析了电梯运行能耗特点,研究了吨.千米法的优缺点,提出了空载法,给出了电梯能耗测试方法及能效分级方法,该方法在检测过程中不需要载荷,只需电梯空载全程运行两次,大大减少了测试时间,提高了安全性。并在此基础上设计了电梯能效检测与评价装置。多次工程实际应用结果表明,该方法操作简单、精度高、耗时短,结果与实际情况相吻合,有重要的实际应用价值。

    Abstract:

    As an equipment of frequent running and stopping, elevator consumes greater energy. But there is no unified evaluation method of energy efficiency. To measure and evaluate the energy efficiency of elevator, this paper analyzed the energy consumption characteristics of the elevator, studied the advantages and disadvantages of tons ? km-law, and proposed unload-law. It gave the method of energy measurement and classification of energy efficiency for elevator. This method does not require a load in the full measurement process, just runs the elevator twice with unload, reduces test time greatly and improves safety. On the basis, the energy efficiency measurement and evaluation device has been designed. Engineering Application results show that this method is simple, high precision, and time-saving, and the result is consistent with the actual situation. It has a high value of practical application.
