    摘要:

    针对某型飞机的焊接模拟件展开了力学特性研究,模拟件为30CrMnSiA高强钢板件的一次焊接试验件,分为焊后热处理与焊后不进行热处理两种加工状态。通过拉伸试验、疲劳试验,对疲劳断口显微组织进行了分析,研究了热处理对30CrMnSiA高强钢焊接接头力学性能的影响。结果表明:焊后热处理可以改善焊接接头的力学性能,其中拉伸强度与中值疲劳强度明显提高。通过断口的显微组织观察,可以发现热处理减小了焊缝区的气孔缺陷,改善了焊接接头的疲劳性能。

    Abstract:

    The mechanical properties of certain aircraft’s welding simulated samples are analyzed in this article. The welding simulated sample is once-welding plate of 30CrMnSiA high strength steel. There are two productive states which are heat treatment after welding and none heat treatment after welding, respectively. The influence of heat treatment on the mechanical performance of the 30CrMnSiA high strength steel were studied by tensile test, fatigue test and morphology analysis of fatigue fracture, respectively. The results show that the welded joints’ properties maybe improved by heat treatment after welding. And the welded joints’ tensile strength and median fatigue strength increase obviously by heat treatment. By the microstructure observation of fracture, it’s can be found that heat treatment can decrease the porosity defects in welding seam and improve the fatigue performance of the welded joints.
