    摘要:

    [摘要]背景:大部分阵痛药在很多患者身上其阵痛效果但是有严重的副作用。因此,临床上亟需找到安全有效的能够治疗神经痛的药物。黄芪桂枝五物汤作为传统治疗药物有一定的治疗效果。黄芪甲苷为黄芪桂枝五物汤的主要成分。方法:采用SD大鼠,用黄芪甲苷,对CCI模型所致神经损伤进行修复治疗,采用免疫印迹和免疫组化等方法,研究细胞损伤修复进展情况。结果: AG能显著下调DRGs中P2X3、TRPA1、TRPV1表达,通过抑制这些在疼痛传递过程中有重要蛋白的表达,从而起到的作用。

    Abstract:

    [Abstract] Background: Most of the pain is in the labor of many patients, but it has serious side effects. Therefore, it is urgent to find a safe and effective drug for treatment of neuropathic pain. Huangqi Guizhi Decoction of five ingredients as traditional drugs have a certain therapeutic effect. Astragaloside as the main component of Huangqi Guizhi Decoction of five ingredients. Methods: SD rats were used to repair the nerve injury caused by CCI model. The progress of cell damage repair was studied by using the methods of Western blot and immunohistochemistry. Results: AG could significantly down regulate the expression of P2X3, TRPA1 and TRPV1 in DRGs, which played an important role in the process of pain delivery.
