    摘要:

    本文采用EIS技术、极化曲线以及SEM等方法,通过室内试验研究了X70钢在NaCl与KCl污染砂中的电化学腐蚀行为,结果表明:当污染砂浓度为9%时,X70钢在KCl污染砂中腐蚀速度大于其在NaCl污染砂中的腐蚀速度;当浓度为3%、污染龄期为3d时,NaCl污染砂中X70钢的腐蚀速率较大。由EIS测试结果可知:X70钢在KCl与NaCl污染砂中的Nyquist图主要由单容抗弧组成,腐蚀产物与砂粒之间的结合层电阻Rf是阻碍X70钢早期腐蚀失效的主要原因。X70钢片试样表面出现很多腐蚀坑,腐蚀形式主要以点腐蚀为主。当污染浓度为9%时,X70钢片在KCl污染砂中表面腐蚀坑的数量较多,表明了钾盐污染环境对X70钢的腐蚀程度要高于钠盐污染环境。

    Abstract:

    This article adopts electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)、polarization curves and micro spectrum. Though indoor test ,Contrasting the corrsion behavior of X70 steel polluted by NaCl and KCl polluted sand. The result show that the corrsion rate of X70 steel polluted in KCl sand is faster than that in NaCl sand with 9% contaminants content.After polluted for 3d, the corrsion rate of X70 steel in NaCl polluted sand with 3% contaminants content is faster .The result of EIS show that the Nyquist figure of X70 steel mainly performance a single capacitive impedance loop. The binding layer resistance Rf between corrsion products and sand is the main factor of preventing X70 steel corrsion process. the surface of X70 steel appears many corrsion pits, The corrsion of X70 steel in NaCl and KCl polluted sand is mainly dominated by pitting corrsion, and the corrsion pits of X70 steel surface in 9% KCl polluted sand is more serious. That illustrates that KCl polluted condition cause the corrsion of X70 steel is far high than that in NaCl polluted condition.
