波速与混凝土裂纹拓展的相关性实验研究及数值模拟分析

    摘要:

    为了研究腐蚀条件下混凝土裂纹拓展的行为过程,结合断裂力学理论,采用声波测试仪进行裂纹探 测,建立相关性本构关系;借助高速摄影机观测了腐蚀条件下混凝土裂缝的拓展过程,分析了裂纹的影响因素及拓展过程;利用拓展有限元软件ABAQUS进行了数值模拟,验证了其有效性。结果表明:混凝土内部的微观裂纹拓展过程与波速有很强的相关性。早期,波速保持不变,维持较长一段时间,超过临界点后,波速急剧减小,直至再次进入一个新的平稳状态。

    Abstract:

    In order to study concrete crack expansion behavior under conditions of corrosion, combined with the theory of fracture mechanics, and crack detection by acoustic tester, the constitutive relation of correlation is established; with high-speed camera, observe the corrosion condition of concrete crack development process, analysis of the cracking pattern of the influence factors and development process; with the extended finite element software ABAQUS, numerical simulation is carried out to verify the effectiveness. The results show that it has a strong correlation between concrete internal micro crack expansion process and wave velocity. In the early, the velocity is constant for a long time, when exceeded the critical point, velocity decreases sharply until into a new steady state once again.
