    摘要:

    为优化含油污泥堵剂体系分散悬浮性能,增强封堵强度,提高携带含油污泥的能力,本文通过引入新型乳液型疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺EM30为分散悬浮助剂,并加入交联剂得到凝胶型含油污泥调剖体系, EM30乳液型聚合物由于其特殊的缔合分子结构,使其具有极高的粘弹性能,因此对含油污泥悬浮能力明显优于其他种类的聚合物,由此可显著提高含油污泥的处理量,保持含油污泥堵剂成胶后的强度,通过实验评价优化体系配方,确定EM30乳液浓度为1.5%,交联剂fq-2用量为0.1-0.12%,含油污泥的添加量为30-50%时,其堵剂性能能够满足现场施工要求。在现场试验中发现该体系具有较好的增压、增油、降水的效果。

    Abstract:

    In order to optimize performance(dispersion suspensibility,plugging strength and oily sludge-carrying capability) of Profile Modificator Based on Oily Sludge,a novel profile modificator based on oily sludge was obtained by adding crosslinking agent to Emulsion associative polyacrylamide EM30 as a dispersing agent. The higher dispersion suspensibility was obtained by using EM30 because of its associative structures and viscoelastic properties, and then the higher oily sludge-carrying capability and gel plugging strength was also obtained. According to comprehensive evaluation, the formulation of profile modificator was established :1.5%EM30,0.1-0.12% crosslinking agent fq-2, the gel plugging strength is suitable to field construction. It was found that the system has a good boost, increasing oil precipitation effect according to field tests.
