    摘要:

    针对声波高压激励信号存在余波震荡现象,影响换能器工作效率的实际问题,以美国IR公司生产的高压悬浮驱动器IR2110为核心器件,设计了一种具有甩尾功能的高压脉冲产生电路。本文首先介绍了高压脉冲产生电路的工作原理,之后从器件选型、电路参数计算、实验测试等方面详细阐述了充放电电路、发射及甩尾电路的设计过程,最后对实验结果进行了对比分析。实验结果表明, 电路所输出高压脉冲的幅度和脉宽均可精确调节,脉冲边沿陡峭,宽度清晰可见,无拖尾现象,满足工程实际需求。

    Abstract:

    There has been smearing phenomenon in the end of acoustic high voltage excitation signal, which affects the efficiency of the transducer. To solve this practical problem, we choose IR2110 as the core device. After this, a kind of high voltage generating circuit which has the function of tail cutting has been designed. Firstly, this paper introduces the principle of the high-voltage pulse generating circuit, secondly, describes the design process of charge and discharge, emission and tail cutting circuit from device selection, circuit parameters selection, laboratory testing and other aspects. Finally, the experimental results were compared and analyzed. Experimental results show that the circuit can output high voltage pulse with precise adjustable amplitude and width and no tail. It meets the actual needs of the project.
