Abstract:There has been smearing phenomenon in the end of acoustic high voltage excitation signal, which affects the efficiency of the transducer. To solve this practical problem, we choose IR2110 as the core device. After this, a kind of high voltage generating circuit which has the function of tail cutting has been designed. Firstly, this paper introduces the principle of the high-voltage pulse generating circuit, secondly, describes the design process of charge and discharge, emission and tail cutting circuit from device selection, circuit parameters selection, laboratory testing and other aspects. Finally, the experimental results were compared and analyzed. Experimental results show that the circuit can output high voltage pulse with precise adjustable amplitude and width and no tail. It meets the actual needs of the project.
