    摘要:

    带有光管的光学系统中,当采用激光光源时,光管对激光的特性影响应当被考虑到。利用ZEMAX仿真软件,对532nm激光通过一种71层高反射多层介质膜光管结构后特性进行了仿真分析,并搭建测量光路对仿真数据进行验证。实验结果表明,镀有多层介质膜的光管可以有效增加光的反射率,可以使激光光源的偏振形状和方向多样化,因此,该类光管可被用于调制激光的偏振度。

    Abstract:

    The property of the laser beam through a light pipe is necessary to be considered when the light source changes to laser light. A simulation model is presented to investigate the property of a 532nm laser source after a 71-layer dielectric filmed hollow light pipe structure in ZEMAX software. The results of the simulation model are experimentally verified using a polarimeter. The experimental results show that the multilayer dielectric film light pipe can increase reflectivity and diversify the linearly polarized laser light to the different polarization shapes and orientations. The depolarization characteristics of the light pipe can be applied to modulate the degree of polarization of the laser light.
