    摘要:

    由于背景复杂、姿态各异,停机坪的飞机检测一直是目标检测的一个难点。针对机场飞机的全天候、多姿态检测难题,本文提出一种基于部件模型和距离权衡的机场飞机检测方法,该方法采用梯度方向直方图特征,运用多成员模型与部件模型来解决不同角度飞机检测问题,并根据飞机外形特点利用距离权衡因子来优化检测过程。实验结果表明,该改进方法能够高效地解决在背景较复杂的情况下多姿态的飞机检测问题,并且在有遮挡和多目标的情况下依然能维持高识别率,各种情景的综合检测率均可以达到90%以上。

    Abstract:

    The plane detection in the parking apron is always a difficult problem in object detection, for the reason that the background of the parking apron is complex and the poses of planes are different. To solve this problem, a plane detection method based on the part model and Distance-weigh is approached. The method utilizes the feature of Histogram of Gradient, and contains multi-component models and part models to settle the problem of plane detection in different poses. Moreover, according to the structure of planes, we use distance-weigh operator to improve the detection process. Experimental results show that the improved method is effective in detecting planes in different angles, and even in the condition that some parts of planes are blocked or there exist multi targets, it works well, too. Finally, the detection rate can be up to 90%.
