    摘要:

    随着现代移动通信的迅速发展,无线电频谱越来越拥挤,这就使滤波器变得愈发的重要,对滤波器的要求也越来越严格。本文主要设计了一种以发夹滤波器与交叉耦合滤波器为理论基础的L波段微带带通滤波器,以增强滤波器带外抑制能力和降低寄生通带的影响,从而提高窄带滤波器的性能。利用ADS和HFSS,设计了L波段滤波器,并制作了滤波器实物,实测其通带频率范围7.8-8.7GHz,带内插损3.25dB,带外抑制性能均大于21.5dB,所设计的带通滤波器各项性能均优于设计指标。

    Abstract:

    : With the rapid development of modern mobile communications, radio spectrum is more and more crowded. So the filter is more and more important, and the requirements to filter become much more stricter. In order to improve the outband rejection capability and reduce the influence of spurious band, a L-band microstrip band-pass filter was designed based on the theoretical of the hairpin band-pass filter and cross coupled band-pass filter. With ADS and HFSS, the L-band filter was designed. And it was manufactured, its performance was measured. The rusults show that the pass band ranges 7.8-8.7GHz, the insert loss within the pass band is 3.25dB, the performance of the restraint outside the band were greater than 21.5dB. All the performances of the measured L-band filter are better than designed.
