Abstract:Based on the mixture ratio of C35 glazed hollow bead insulation concrete, stone chips are substituted for river sands by the quality replacement rates 0、20%、40%、60%、80%、100% in the test. Six different replacement rates of stone chips are studied by analyzing the impact of mobility、cohesiveness、water retention、compressive strength and thermal conductivity of glazed hollow bead insulation concrete, then the optimal replacement rate of stone chips are determined. The results indicate that : with the increasing of replacement rates of stone chips , the mobility and cohesiveness become worse , while water retention is better , the compressive strength increases substantially , while the thermal conductivity is almost no change. Finally , the best replacement rate of stone chips is 60% , and the work-ability、compressive strength and thermal conductivity of thermal insulation concrete are better.
