    摘要:

    爆炸喷涂技术是材料表面加工领域的研究热点。总结了现有爆炸喷涂技术,并在现有基础上提出了一种新技术——高能炸药爆炸加载喷涂技术。详细阐述了高能炸药爆炸加载喷涂技术的原理,分析了该技术在涂层制备方面的优缺点,并利用该技术进行了μm级钨粉材料涂层的制备。通过对钨涂层的检测,表明高能炸药爆炸喷涂制备的钨涂层具有较好的均匀性和致密性,制备过程热损失小,认为该技术具有宽广的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    Detonation gun spraying was a focus in material surface processing research.The existing detonation gun spraying was summarized,and a new alternative method for coating preparing on the base of existing technology was put forward,that was to say,detonation gun spraying based on blast loading of high explosive.In this paper,the theory of detonation gun spraying using explosive energy were described in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages were analyzed in comparison with detonation gun spraying.And tungsten coating was prepared by the new technology.Through the detection of tungsten coating,it showed that the tungsten coating has better uniformity and compactness and heat loss was small.Also the application of the technology were pointed out.
