    摘要:

    为更深入了解微生物提高原油采收率机理,建立起有实验支持的微生物油藏反应动力学数学模型,从蒙古林油田水样筛选得到的一株能以烃类为唯一碳源高产生物表面活性剂鼠李糖脂的烃降解菌wj-1(经鉴定为铜绿假单胞菌Pseudomonas aeruginosa),在模拟油藏环境条件下,以石油为唯一碳源对其进行反应动力学研究,基于Logistic方程、Luedeking-Piret方程和物质守恒方程建立了该采油微生物在油藏中的菌体生长、产物合成和营养基质消耗动力学模型,并通过Origin 8.0软件对模型进行非线性拟合,得出了模型参数,经验证,模型预测值与实验值拟合度较高,表明所建立的模型能较好的描述及预测采油微生物在油藏中的反应动力学过程。

    Abstract:

    For the purpose of deeply learning about the mechanism of microorganism enhanced oil recovery and building up the mathematical models of microorganism reaction kinetics, exactly based on the reservoir experiment data, the microorganism reaction kinetics research carried out in special reservoir condition, taking a strain of hydrocarbon degrading bacteria as research object. The bacteria named wj-1, identified as pseudomonas aeruginosa and filtrating from Mongolia Lin oilfield, can produce high concentration of biosurfactant rhamnolipid through feeding on oil as carbon source. Based on equation logistic and equation luedeking-piret, kinetics models of bacteria growth, metabolite synthesis and substrate consumption were built up. Model parameters gained through nonlinear fitting in built up models by software origin 8.0. And experiment values and predicted values from models could well matched, indicating that the models could well predict microbic reaction process in the reservoir condition.
