Abstract:Paraffin precipitation may affect the normal production of the well, and chemical wax-controllingSis an effective method to get rid of it. Experiments have been done to analysis the hydrocarbon gas chromatography of high waxy condensate oil of a certain well, and obtaining the carbon number distribution, thus, analyzing the structure of it . Based on this, three kinds of chemically paraffin removers have been used to conduct wax dissolving experiments. It can be concluded that all of the wax dissolving rates of chemically paraffin removers increase with the rising of the temperature, but the rate of increase is different; if the temperature is less than 45℃,choosing QFL-2 and QFL-1 to dissolve the wax sample A and B respectively, while if the temperature is more than 45℃, QFL-2 and QFL-1 can be used for both; Oil-base paraffin removers possess the faster dissolution rate, and the emulsion paraffin removal agents come second, and the water-base paraffin removers get the slowest dissolution rate. Because of the difference of the wax structure, the wax dissolving rate for the wax sample A is smaller than that of B when using the same chemically paraffin removers ,which indicates that the wax sample A is more difficult to remove.
