    摘要:

    针对渤海油田聚驱后地层高渗透条带更加发育、油井含水上升快和产聚浓度过高影响污水处理的问题,室内试验研制出一种新型的速溶型残留聚合物再利用调驱剂“水包水”阳离子乳液聚合物(WCEP)。物理模拟试验结果表明:WCEP溶液有速溶、易注入和抗剪切的优点,它与残留聚合物形成的絮凝体以整体或丝状形式吸附于岩石骨架表面和孔隙中,使深部地层水流高渗条带逐渐变窄形成流动阻力,达到后续水驱液流转向的目的。絮凝体系对岩心封堵率为80.2%-93.2%,室内试验原油采收率较聚合物驱后续水驱增加9.6%。

    Abstract:

    A new kind instant recycling profile control and flooding agent water-in-water cationic emulsion polymer (WCEP) was developed by the lab tests to solve the problems of the high-permeability belt becoming more mature, high water-cut rate in the oil well and increasing the water treatment burden as the high concentration production. Physical simulation test results showed that the WCEP had the advantages of instant, easy injection and shearing resistance. The flocculating substance suspends in water as a bulk or filaments on rock surface and pore by way of adsorption to form flowing resistance and divert the subsequent fluid, so as to improve further water flooding effect. The core plugging rate was 80.2%~93.2% after injecting polymer and WCEP solutions. And the oil recovery can be further improved to 9.60%.
