    摘要:

    针对平方王油田污水特点,通过自主研发设计了一套多功能超细化污水处理装置,该装置通过在污水中混入一定量空气,利用多相流中气液分布与传质原理,可同时解决污水水质改性、预氧化脱硫脱铁等问题,将腐蚀与水质不稳定性问题,在站内的预氧化过程中一并加以解决;现场试验结果表明,CO2去除率65%以上,预氧化脱硫率100%,二价铁、总铁脱除率大于90%,污水pH值提高0.9左右,效果明显。具有较广的推广价值。

    Abstract:

    Against to the characteristics of sewage in Ping Fang-wang oilfield, we had independently researched and developed a multiple-function ultrafine apparatus. Following the principles of gas-liquid distribution and mass transfer in multiphase flow, the apparatus can mix a certain amount of air to the sewage, modified the sewage by the pre-oxidation deferrization and desulfurization process, dealing with the problems of corrosion and instability of sewage quality in the treatment station at the same time. The field test result shows that, it is obvious to remove the CO2 by above 65%, sulfur by 100% and ferri by above 90% in the pre-oxidation process, and raise the pH value by 0.9. So it is worth of being spread in sewage treatment.
