    摘要:

    膨胀锥的外形结构决定了膨胀过程中塑性变形力的大小,其中关键因素是膨胀锥锥角。通过对实体可膨胀管膨胀过程进行数值模拟研究,得出膨胀管与膨胀锥在不同的接触条件、膨胀管在不同的膨胀率及不同的壁厚条件下,膨胀变形力与膨胀锥锥角的关系。在选定了膨胀管材料和确定了膨胀率之后,可确定膨胀锥锥角最佳值。研制了新型PZG-bj型膨胀锥材质,在配合内润滑涂层的条件下,其使用寿命已经达到现场实验连续膨胀150米无明显损伤;室内实验间断膨胀条件下累计行进450米无明显损伤。研制出一种发射腔挤压成型的可钻发射器,具有加工工艺相对简单,成本低,可靠性高等优点,单根补贴效率可提高50%。

    Abstract:

    The plastic deformation force is determined by the structure of expansion cone, and one of the key factors is the expansion cone angle. Based on numerical simulation of solid expandable tubular expansion process, stamping and expansion cone was obtained in different exposure conditions in different expansion rate, expansion pipe wall thickness and different conditions, relation between expansion and expansion cone angle. The optimized expansion cone angle can be determined when expandable tubular material was selected and the expansion rate was identified. A new PZG-bj expansion cone material was developed, and coordinated with internal lubrication coatings. Under experimental continuous expansion, its service life had reached 150 meters without significant injury. In laboratory experiment under the condition of continuous expansion accumulated, its service life had reached 450 meters without significant injury. A drillable launcher with extrusion molding launching cavity was developed that was relatively simple, low cost, high reliability, and single subsidy efficiency can be increased by 50%.
