    摘要:

    本文研究了直接沉淀法合成纳米结构氧化镨(Pr6O11)的相关工艺参数。通过控制沉淀反应过程中各工艺参数,可制备出组成分布较均匀、良好热稳定性的氧化镨纳米材料。实验结果表明:焙烧反应温度和焙烧反应时间是影响氧化镨粒度和晶型的主要因素。

    Abstract:

    Praseodymium oxide (Pr6O11) as a rare-earth functional materials, has been widely applied to the catalyst, ceramic pigments, oxygen storage materials, high-conductivity materials in many areas. In this paper, we have study the relevant process parameters of the direct synthesis which make the nano-structure of praseodymium oxide. By controlling the reaction during the deposition process parameters, we can make the praseodymium oxide of good thermal stability.The experimental results show that: calcination temperature and calcination reaction time are the main factors that affect the nano-structure of praseodymium oxide。
