    摘要:

    为解决固态存储器与地面设备连接时传输速率较慢的问题,现提出一种基于CY7C68013A 的高速遥测数据采集系统。系统以FPGA为控制中心接收并处理两路数据,利用低压差分信号技术(Low voltage differential signaling,LVDS)发送命令并接收高速遥测数据,通过USB接口芯片CY7C68013A与地面计算机进行通信。重点研究了接口芯片CY7C68013A工作在同步SLAVE FIFO模式时,系统硬件电路设计、FPGA逻辑设计以及68013固件的设计。实现了计算机对采集系统多命令的下发,以及采集系统遥测数据的高速传输。经试验验证表明,该高速遥测数据采集系统性能稳定,数据传输可靠,无丢数现象,平均传输速率可达14MB/s,已应用于某航天遥测数据采集系统。

    Abstract:

    To solve the problem of low transmission rate between solid memory device and the ground equipment , a high telemetry speedSdataSacquisition system based on CY7C68013A is introduced in this paper. In this system, FPGA acts as the control coreSfor receiving and processing theSdata; LVDS (LowSvoltageSdifferential signaling)Sis used to send commandsSandSreceive high-speedStelemetry data. The system communicates with the ground computer through the USB2.0Sinterface chip CY7C68013A.SThis paper focuses on the following things: theSinterfaceSchip working in synchronous SLAVESFIFO mode, the system hardware circuit design,SFPGA logicSdesign and the 68013Sfirmware design. MultipleSorders issued from the computer and high-speed transmissionSof telemetry dataShas been realized in the system. Experiments show that theShigh speed telemetrySdata acquisitionSsystem is stable, reliable and noSdata loss. The systemShas been applied to aSspacecraft telemetrySdata acquisition system.
