    摘要:

    针对胶接挖补修理后复合材料结构的强度分析,建立了同时考虑复合材料和胶层损伤状态的三维有限元分析模型。采用混合型损伤内聚力模型模拟胶层的脱粘失效行为。建立基于损伤力学的复合材料三维双线性本构,量化损伤程度,并编写为有限元软件ABAQUS的材料子程序VUMAT,通过数值计算对结构强度和损伤过程进行预测。分析实例的计算结果与试验吻合得较好,验证了分析方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    A three-dimensional finite element based strength analysis was applied to adhesively bonding scarf-repaired composite structure, which simultaneously accounted for the damage states of composite and adhesive。The mixed-mode Cohesive Zone Model(CZM) was adopted to the debonding behavior analysis of adhesive. A damage-mechanics based 3D bilinear constitutive model was developed for composite materials and applied to damage evolution and loading capacity analyses by quantifying damage level through damage state variables. The numerical analyses were implemented under the FEA platform ABAQUS by coding the constitutive model into material subroutine VUMAT, which was validated upon a good agreement between the numerical results and experimental data.
