    摘要:

    在一台非道路用高压共轨柴油机上实验研究了喷射参数以及耦合EGR后对发动机经济性和排放性能的折中影响。研究结果表明,提高喷射压力和提前喷射定时有助于改善燃油经济性和碳烟排放,但会导致NOX排放升高,轨压达到140MPa之后,消光烟度的改善不明显;轨压从130MPa起,每增大10MPa,同时使喷射定时从6°CA BTDC起,毎减小2°CA,采用联合调整喷射压力和喷射定时的策略能同时减小NOX排放和消光烟度,解决了单一变量引起的NOX和碳烟此消彼长的问题,但会导致燃油消耗率升高;采用喷射参数耦合EGR策略改善了消光烟度和NOX的排放,同时也降低了燃油消耗率。

    Abstract:

    Experimental study on the compromise effects of injection parameters and coupled with EGR on combustion and emissions in a non-road common-rail diesel engine was conducted. Results show that fuel consumption and soot emission are decreased by increasing injection pressure and injection timing, but the NOX emissions increased, and the improvement of soot emission is not obvious when the rail pressure is 140 MPa. Rail pressure since 130 MPa, increasing 10 MPa every time, and injection timing since 6 ° CA BTDC, reducing 2 ° CA every time, adopting the strategy of synthetically adjusting injection pressure and injection timing can simultaneously optimizes the soot emission level and the NOX emission level, solving the shift problem of NOX emission and soot emission caused by single parameter adjusting, however the fuel consumption increased. Rdopting the strategy of EGR coupled with injection parameters can improves the soot emission and the NOX emission, as well as fuel consumption.
