    本文针对稳泡剂对泡沫体系XHY-4作用,开展了复合泡沫体系性能及长期稳定性评价实验。实验结果表明,当XHY-4有效浓度为0.15 %、稳泡剂HPAM浓度1200 mg/L时,复合泡沫体系较单一泡沫体系的发泡能力没有明显变化,但稳定性有很大提高,析液半衰期和泡沫半衰期增幅分别为119 %和131 %,并且随温度和矿化度的增大,泡沫稳定性降低;复合泡沫体系的稳定性与稳泡剂HPAM视粘度随老化时间变化具有相关性,均表现为随老化时间的增加,先呈缓慢下降趋势再大幅减少,第30 d和第60 d稳泡剂HPAM的粘度保留率分别为70 %和16.6 %,而较未老化时的析液半衰期分别下降23.4 %和30.6 %,泡沫半衰期分别下降9.52 %和42.4 %。驱油实验结果表明复合泡沫体系较单一泡沫体系更能够提高采收率,其增加幅度达5.43 %,但复合泡沫体系提高采收率幅度随老化时间的增加而减小。

    Abstract:

    This paper study the effect of foam stabilizer on XHY-4 foam system by the performance of composite foam system and long-term stability experiments. The experimental results show that, when the foam agent effective concentration of XHY-4 is 0.15%, foam stability HPAM concentration is 1200 mg/L, there is no obvious change of foaming ability between the composite foam system and single foam system, but stability is greatly different. Compared with the single foam system, the fluid half-life and foam half-life of composite foam system is increasing by 119% and 131%. But with the increasing of temperature and salinity, the foam stability of composite foam system reduce. What"s more, the correlation between the foam stability of the composite foam system and apparent viscosity of foam stabilizer HPAM is associated with aging time changes, decreasing slowly at first and then substantially reducing in the aging time. For example, the 30d and 60d viscosity retention rate of foam stability HPAM is 70% and 16.6% respectively,and the fluid half-life is decreasing 23.4% and 30.6%, and foam half-life is reducing 9.52% and 42.4%.The flooding experimental results show that the improvement of recovery rate of composite foam system is more than single foam system, increasing 5.43%. But the composite foam system to improve the recovery is decreasing with the aging time.
