Abstract:The thermal behavior of 5,7-diamino-4,6-dinitro Benzenfuroxan (CL-14) was studied . The interaction of CL-14 with main ingredient of CMDB propellants including HMX, RDX, NG and NC were studied by DSC. The interaction of CL-14 with DINA, CB, A12O3, β-Cu, NTO-Cu, φ-Pb and NTO-Pb were studied by VST. It was found that there are no obvious interactions of CL-14 with HMX, RDX, NG and NC by DSC, and the interactions between CL-14 and DINA, CB, A12O3, β-Cu, NTO-Cu, φ-Pb and NTO-Pb are weak. There is no strong chemical reaction such as combustion and explosion between CL-14 and CMDB propellant mixture system. It can be concluded from the results that CL-14 was used in CMDB propellant.
