    摘要:

    针对机场地面运行中航空器之间的潜在冲突区域,提出了基于场面监视雷达数据,提取机场机动区内航空器地面滑行轨迹,分析经过同一滑行道组件的任意两个航空器的滑行路径、滑行时间是否有重合,分析两机航向差绝对值和距离间隔是否满足特定约束条件的机场冲突热点识别方法;提出了基于冲突热点的日平均冲突航空器架次比进行热点的等级划设准则。开发了一套冲突机场热点识别与等级划设系统,并对我国中南某机场冲突热点位置进行识别并划设等级,其结果与专家反馈意见和实际管制运行情况一致,从而验证了热点识别方法与等级划设标准的合理性。机场冲突热点识别与等级划设工作可以有效提醒航空器驾驶员在地面滑行时特别关注“危险地带”,降低或杜绝发生跑道入侵或地面冲突的几率,有效地提高机场地面运行安全水平。

    Abstract:

    For those aerodrome areas where collision between aircraft may happen, based on the Airport Surveillance Radar (ASR) data, the taxi tracks of aircraft in the airport maneuver area were extracted. The method of judging whether the taxi route and taxi time of any two aircrafts which go through the same taxiway is overlapped, whether the absolute value of the difference of headings and the separation satisfy the constraint condition of the hot-spot identification in airport was proposed. Moreover, the hot-spot level standard according to the ratio of the average number of collision flights was proposed. Furthermore, the airport conflicts hot-spot identification and level ranking system was developed, with which the hot-spots of an airport Southeast China were identified and ranked. And the results are consistent with the experts’ feedback opinions and actual operation situation, which verified the rationality of conflict hotspots identification approaches and level ranking criteria. This work can remind the pilots pay special attention to the dangerous area, reduce or completely eradicate the ratio of runway incursion and ground collisions, and enhance the safety operational level of aerodrome effectively.
