    以江瓮高速公路位于贵州省黔南布依族苗族自治州瓮安县的西坡隧道为工程背景,于隧道施工现场采集六组深埋板岩岩样,进行不同应力条件下的单轴流变试验,获取了六组岩样轴向应变随时间的流变特性,试验结果表明:六组岩样以应力值18.37 MPa为界限,在低于18.37 MPa应力状态下时,板岩岩样的流变特征表现为线性粘弹性;在高于18.37 MPa的较高应力状态下时,板岩岩样的流变特征表现为非线性粘弹塑性。在引入鲍格斯(Burgers)流变模型与非线性粘弹塑性(VEPB)流变模型对本文流变试验进行匹配分析的基础上,用数值仿真模拟的手段,对板岩的流变特性进行了进一步验证。本文研究结论表明,在高速公路隧道设计中,应根据应力条件具体分析围岩的流变特性,以对隧道支护衬砌结构参数进行针对设计与优化计算,该研究结论能够为高速公路隧道支护设计提供一定的理论与实践指导。

    Abstract:

    With the jiangkou-weng’an highway Xipo tunnel which located in Guizhou province Buyi and miao autonomous prefecture Weng"an County as the engineering background. Six deep slate sample were gathered in tunnel construction site to carry on uniaxial rheological test under the condition of different stress. Finally, the rheological properties of axial strain over time on six specimens was obtained. The experimental results showed that six groups of sample lines for stress value 18.37 MPa. Under stress state of 18.37 MPa, the rheological characteristics of slate rock shows the linear viscoelastic. In the high stress state above of 18.37 MPa, the rheological characteristics of slate rock shows the nonlinear viscoelastic plasticity. In introducing the Burgers rheological model and the nonlinear viscoelastic plasticity rheological model (VEPB) to match and analysis the rheological test and by means of the numerical simulation to further verify the rheological properties of the slate. The research results indicate that, in the design of highway tunnel, we should be concrete analysis the rheological properties of surrounding rock based on of stress conditions , design and optimization calculate the tunnel lining structural parameters. The research conclusion can provide certain theoretical and practical guidance to high-speed railway tunnel support design.
