黄芩提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌体内外抑菌作用的实验研究

    摘要:

    目的 研究黄芩醇提物和水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌作用,及体内抗感染保护作用的实验研究。方法 采用体外牛津杯药敏法;小鼠体内抗感染的保护作用法。结果 黄芩醇提取物在体外牛津杯药敏法中按药物作用量150μg、200μg、250μg、300μg抑菌圈直径分别为17mm、18mm、18mm、18mm,黄芩水提取物抑菌圈直径为8mm 、8mm、11mm、13mm。在体内实验中腹腔注射金黄色葡萄球菌0.5ml细菌数为1*109,黄芩醇提取物的小鼠存活率为10%,黄芩水提取物的小鼠存活率为40%。 结论 黄芩醇提取物在体外对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果较好。而黄芩水提取物在体外抑菌实验结果中对金黄色葡萄球菌无明显抑菌作用。在体内的抗感染保护作用中黄芩水提取物的保护作用优于黄芩醇提取物。

    Abstract:

    Objective: Observe the effect of skullcap alcohol extract and skullcap aqueous extract for staphylococcus aureus out of the body and the protection of the anti-infection effect research in the body. Methods: We use Oxford cup method of susceptibility and the protection method of the anti-infection in the body of the mice. Results: The average diameter of inhibition zone is 17mm, 18mm, 18mm and 18mm under the drug doses 150μl, 200μl, 250μl and 300μl of skullcap alcohol extract in Oxford cup method of susceptibility. And average diameters inhibition zone of the aqueous extract were 8mm, 8mm, 11mm and 13mm. Under the experiment, we injected 0.5ml staphylococcus aureus with 1×109 bacteria, the survival rate of mice that were injected skullcap alcohol extract is 10%. While the survival rate of mice that were injected skullcap aqueous extract is 40%. Conclusions: The effect of skullcap alcohol extract for staphylococcus aureus out of the body is good. However, the skullcap aqueous extract has no limitation for staphylococcus aureus out of the body. The effect of skullcap aqueous extract in the protection of the anti-infection effect is better than the effect of skullcap alcohol extract.
