Abstract:By using the method of single factor sensitivity analysis of system, this paper develops the sensitivity analysis about the inlet and outlet temperature, temperature in soil around a buried pipeline, water ratio and throughput in the calculation of pipe heat transfer coefficient, with the Sukhoi temperature drop formula and field test data. The conclusion is that: in the calculation of pipe heat transfer coefficient, the inlet and outlet temperature is the most sensitive factor, water ratio and throughput is the less sensitive factor, temperature in soil around a buried pipeline is the least sensitive factor, so in order to improve the degree of accuracy in the calculation of pipe heat transfer coefficient, we should try to reduce the error of the inlet and outlet temperature, water ratio and throughput in the testing.
