    摘要:

    目的:观察经快速气压变化、呼吸纯氧后耳气压功能和听力随时间变化的情况。方法:提前舱内吸氧并利用低压舱营造快速气压变化环境,对被试进行耳气压功能检查试验,试验前后行主观感觉记录、耳镜检查、纯音测听和声导抗检查,后者包括鼓室导抗图、声反射阈及咽鼓管功能。对不同试验时间点的纯音听阈和声导抗指标情况进行统计学分析。结果:综合各项检测指标分析各时间点耳气压功能和听阈变化情况,总体看来出舱和出舱3h各项指标偏离基础值但无显著差异,至出舱24h基本恢复正常。结论:本试验中被试呼吸纯氧后经历快速气压变化对耳气压功能和听力的影响在24h后基本回复。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To investigate the change of middle ear function and hearing after rapid changes of the ambient pressure while breathing pure oxygen. Method: To make more rigorous circumstances, subjects were sitting in the altitude chamber with rapid changes of the ambient pressure while breathing pure oxygen. GSI-16 audiometer and Madsen ZO901 Middle-Ear Analyzer were used to test hearing and tympanometry, including tympanogram, threshold reflex and eustachain tube function of subjects. Then, those data at serial timing were statistically analyzed. Result: Just after the altitude exposure and after three hours, the data of hearing and tympanometry deviated from the basics. But all subjects were free of symptoms at 24h after the altitude exposure. Conclusion: our data suggest that in our subjects who were in altitude chamber while breathing pure oxygen, there is an acceptable refection the day after the altitude exposure.
