    摘要:

    目的:模拟热浪过程,对比热浪前后Apo E-/-小鼠血液样本中sICAM-1含量、体重、体温变化,探讨热浪对sICAM-1的影响,为进一步探讨热浪对心脑血管疾病的影响奠定基础。方法:通过分析南京市实际气象要素资料,选取一次典型热浪过程,并利用气象环境模拟箱模拟,将Apo E-/-小鼠分为热浪组、热浪BH4组和对照组,每组6只,每日测量体重、体温,采用ELISA法测定热浪后小鼠sICAM-1含量变化。结果:对比小鼠sICAM-1含量可明显看出,热浪后热浪组Apo E-/-小鼠sICAM-1含量均高于热浪BH4组和对照组,且实验结果具有统计学差异。结论:热浪过程对Apo E-/-小鼠sICAM-1含量变化存在影响,可以推断血管功能异常的患者会受到热浪天气的影响,加重心脑血管疾病患者的病情。同时BH4作为一种抗自由基药物,可以增加散热,减缓热浪的影响。

    Abstract:

    Objective: Simulated the process of heat wave and compared Apo E-/ - mice’ sICAM-1 levels, body weight and rectal temperature,explore the effect of heat wave on sICAM-1. In order to further investigate the impact of heat wave on cardiovascular disease. Methods: Eighteen Apo E Knockout Mice were divided into the heat wave group,BH4 and control group. The body weight and rectal temperature of every mouse were measured every day. Used of meteorological environment simulation box to simulate the process of heat wave, and determinates sICAM-1 of Apo E Knockout Mice after heat wave, measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results:The sICAM-1 and rectal temperature of Apo E Knockout Mice in group of heat wave were much higher than that in BH4 and control group. There were statistically significance among control group BH4 and heat wave group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The influence of heat wave on sICAM-1 of Apo E Knockout Mice indeed exists. We can deduce that the patients who have vascular dysfunction can be influent by the process of heat wave. What’s more, BH4 may reduce the hazards caused by heat wave weather.
