    摘要:

    水库洪水实际调度中影响因素众多复杂,易造成优化调度结果偏离理论计算结果,甚至会完全脱离实际而无法应用。泄洪设施的最优控制问题是水库调度研究的难点之一。本文尝试将泄洪设施运用引入水库洪水优化调度中,建立了考虑泄洪设施运用的水库洪水优化调度模型,并比较了几种不同防洪优化调度方式的优劣。计算结果表明,对泄水设施运用直接进行优化的方法更符合实际,结果易于应用,可为水库洪水优化调度提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Reservoir operation, influenced by many factors which may result in deviation between the practical and theoretical results, is very complex in practice. For example, the optimal control of releasing facilities is one of the most difficult problems in engineering. This article introduced regulation of releasing facilities into the optimal reservoir flood operation, established the optimal reservoir flood operation model based on regulation of releasing facilities, and compared advantages and disadvantages of the several different ways for optimal flood operation. Results show that direct optimization of releasing facilities is more practical. The study helps to the optimal reservoir flood operation.
