    摘要:

    为了开发绿色安全的壳聚糖载药基材,尝试以食品级肉桂醛为交联剂,采用乳化交联法制备壳聚糖载药微球。本研究采用FTIR、SEM、UV-VIS等手段探究该微球的结构及载药性能。 结果表明:载药微球SEM形貌圆整,表面致密;FT-IR光谱证实壳聚糖的氨基与肉桂醛的醛基发生交联反应;载药性能良好,其载药量和包封率分别可达22.3%和91.2%。与甲醛、戊二醛相比,肉桂醛是制备壳聚糖载药微球的一种新型安全的交联剂。

    Abstract:

    To develop a green and safe drug-loaded carrier of chitosan, it is prepared with emulsion crosslinked by cinnamaldehyde of food grade. In this research, the resultant products and drug-loaded property were characterized by FTIR、SEM、UV-VIS and so on. The results are as follows: SEM shows microsphere good sphericity and dense surface; the crosslink reaction between the amino groups on chitosan and the aldehyde on cinnamaldehyde was confirmed in FT-IR spectrum.;the drug-loaded property was good, and the drug-loaded content and entrapment efficiency are respectively 22.3% and 91.2%. To compare formaldehyde and glutaraldehyde, Cinnamaldehyde is a new and safe crosslinking agent for drug-loaded chitosan microsphere.
