Abstract:Catalytic oxidation was adopted to treat phenol in the experiment.Orthogonal tests were designed for examining treatment effects that active components, loads, dip times and roasting temperatures brought in. Finally, under the condition of the optimization, the life of catalyst and TOC removal were examined. The results show that the degree of the four factors impacting is dip time> load> roasting temperature> active component;and the optimal combination is active component Co,load 6%,dip time 24h,roasting temperature 350℃.In the best condition of catalyst, it shows a good relativity between the COD and TOC remaining amount and COD removal efficiency decreases from 95.08% to 32.48% and TOC decreases from 95.45% to 26.52% after 10 times of reuse.
