    摘要:

    水力压裂中常用的交联冻胶压裂液属于非牛顿流体。针对支撑剂在非牛顿流体中是如何沉降的问题,利用垂直裂缝物理模型,分别采用不同液体、流速、支撑剂密度及砂浓度进行实验,研究支撑剂在流动的交联压裂液中颗粒沉降的规律。结果表明,在非牛顿流体中,液体流动越慢,支撑剂密度越大,砂比越高,颗粒的聚集沉降现象越明显。在现场施工中应该采取一定措施来减弱支撑剂颗粒聚集沉降的影响。

    Abstract:

    Cross-linked gel fracturing fluid used in hydraulic fracturing is non-Newtonian fluid. Aimed at the proppant settlement law in non-Newtonian fluid. Vertical fracture physical model was used to study the proppant settlement law in the flow of crosslinked fracturing fluid. As we carried out experiments with different liquid flow rate, proppant density and sand concentration. The results show that, in the non-Newtonian fluid, when the fluid flow is slower and the proppant density is bigger and the sand concentration is higher, the particle cluster settlement phenomenon is more obvious. Certain measures should be taken to weaken the impact of the proppant particles cluster settlement in the field construction.
