    摘要:

    针对当前木薯收获机挖掘铲在收获过程中,铲太重和不容易入土和碎土的问题,模仿东方蝼蛄前足趾爪的形状,设计出了一种仿生挖掘铲。通过对东方蝼蛄前足趾爪外轮廓的提取及多项式拟合,利用Pro/E软件设计出仿生挖掘铲的三维模型,并导入到ANSYS Workbench软件中进行静强度有限元分析。通过对栅条铲及不同倾斜角的铲有限元分析结果对比,选择出倾斜角在25°~ 30°,铲齿为空心的仿生挖掘铲,其具有较好的质量、力学特性和寿命(此处有删除),从而为挖掘铲的设计制造提供理论参考。

    Abstract:

    Aim at the problem of the current cassava harvester’s digging shovel was too heavy and have not easy to be buried and broken of the soil in the process of harvesting, a bionic digging shovel was designed imitating the shape of toe claw oriental mole cricket. Through extracting and polynomial fitting to outer contour of oriental mole cricket front toe claw, a king of 3D model of bionic digging shovel was designed by Pro/E software. Static strength was analyzed in the ANSYS Workbench software from finite element. Through comparing with the finite element analysis results of bar-type digging shovel and different tilt angle shovel,then selecting the angle of inclination 25 ° ~ 30 °, shovel teeth hollow bionic digging shovel, which has better mass, mechanical properties and lifetime. The study may be provided theoretical reference to designing and manufacturing the cassava harvester’s digging shovel.
