    摘要:

    在常规钻井作业过程中,导向钻井段若采用弯角式造斜动力钻具,容易产生钻具工具面漂移,导致井眼轨迹控制失败等问题。针对这一情况,急需一种可以实现井下定向动力钻具工具面的动态控制方法。本文提出了一种异步电机旋转角度的精确控制方法,该方法采用模糊控制并结合矢量控制技术对电机进行精确定位控制,通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真对算法进行了可行性分析,并在西门子SINAMIC S120室内实验平台上进行算法验证。仿真和实验结果表明,本文提出的控制算法可以实现电机的精确定位,设计的控制系统具有控制精度高、动态响应快等特点。用这种异步电机驱动顶驱/转盘,可为实现钻井现场对井下钻具工具面的精确控制奠定坚实的基础。

    Abstract:

    In conventional drilling operation, toolface drifting will be easily happened when adopting down-hole-bend deflecting motor in steering drilling section, and it can trigger some problems such as control failure in borehole trajectory. For this problem, a dynamic control method for the down-hole directional motor toolface is needed urgently. This paper develops an accurate control method for the rotation angle of asynchronous motor. The method which adopts Fuzzy control combined with vector control technology for accurate positioning control is analyzed through MATLAB/Simulink, and tested at SINAMIC S120. The simulation and experimental results show that the control algorithm presented in this paper can achieve the accurate positioning of motors, and the control system has high control accuracy, fast dynamic response characteristics. Top drive system or rotary table combined with this kind of motor lays a solid foundation for achieve the accurate control over the down-hole-motor toolface at the well site.
