Based on the OPUS model, combine with the actual situation of domestic aviation materiel repair, the model is reasonably simplified, and optimizes the technical implementation details, the model is improved. Finally, by citing an aviation materiel data as an example, the result indicates that to achieve the same efficiency with the actual security scheme, the budget of the model gives is only the 1/2 of the actual funds, the model is verified as validity and ra-tionality.
