    本文以丙烯酰胺(AM)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,加入N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)作为交联剂,设计正交实验,采用溶液聚合法合成了耐温抗盐吸水树脂Poly-gel,对其结构进行了表征。对合成出的产品进行了性能测试,结果表明,此共聚物Poly-gel耐高温135℃、抗盐性能强,并且抗压700psi,封堵能力强。

    Abstract:

    High temperature resistant and pressure-bearing water-absorbent resin Poly-gel was synthesized using acrylamide (AM), 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) as raw materials and N,N'-methylene-bis-(acrylamide)(MBA) as cross-linking agent in aqueous solution by means of orthogonal experiment designed, the structure of the copolymer was characterized. The properties of the product synthesized were evaluated, the results showed that this copolymer Poly-gel was of high temperature resistant up to 135℃ and salt tolerant, and that it has extraordinary pressure-bearing and plugging ability as high as 700psi.
