Objective: Verify the accuracy of the image-guided system and synchronous tracking system of CyberKnife. Method: Synchrony Phantom and Xsight Lung Phantom were placed the CyberKnife and Simulator, then the data of motion in each environment were measured and compared. Result: The motion data errors were 0.1mm and 0.9mm of Synchrony and Xsight Lung Phantom between CyberKnife image tracking system and Simulator. Conclusion: The data of simulator motif motion was consistent with CyberKnife image tracking system, but need to establish a comprehensive respiratory model.
