    摘要:

    将钢制薄壁球形容器的屈服与爆破强度和载荷视为模糊变量,应用模糊可靠性理论,分析了其许用模糊可靠度范围。研究表明:1)压力容器屈服强度的许用模糊可靠度,在气压或气-液组合压力试验时不小于0.995 52不大于0.998 54,在液压试验时不小于0.979 06不大于0.983 14。2)压力容器爆破强度的许用模糊可靠度, 在气压或气-液组合压力试验时不小于0.999 991 52不大于0.999 999 934,在液压试验时不小于0.999 79不大于0.999 984。

    Abstract:

    Steel thin-wall spherical vessels yield and burst strength and load will be as fuzzy variables, by using the fuzzy reliability theory, the allowable fuzzy reliability range was analyzed. The research shows that: 1)For the allowable fuzzy reliability range of the pressure vessels yield strength; in pneumatic or pneumatic-hydrostatic test, it should be not less than 0.995 52 and not greater than 0.998 54; in hydrostatic test, it should be not less than 0.979 06 and not greater than 0.983 14. 2) For the allowable fuzzy reliability range of the pressure vessels burst strength; in pneumatic or pneumatic-hydrostatic test, it should be not less than 0.999 991 52 and not greater than 0.999 999 934; in hydrostatic test, it should be not less than 0.999 79 and not greater than 0.999 984.
